We’re All Mad Here

The “mad” in “Madwell” is no accident. It’s a clarion call to outsiders, misfits, and wild rotini shaped souls tired of living in a square peg world. We’ve always believed in bringing your whole self to work and using your whole brain, whatever that looks like. A few years ago this approach to working became known as accepting “neurodiversity,” an understanding that our gray matter, our internal worlds, differ just as much as our physical bodies or external worlds.
