The creative process in advertising has changed drastically over the years. Mediums and outputs have evolved, and so has the process of creation and therefore, collaboration. Today, a cross-disciplinary approach is necessary wherein team members that wouldn’t typically collaborate are brought together. Ultimately, different perspectives joining forces produce stronger creative. In this session, GALE ECD Geoff Edwards and Executive Producer Tessa Banks will discuss GALE’s ‘cross training’ approach to assembling a dream team that results in amplifying the creative process and outcomes.
